In the video I discussed how the scrolling parallax and the code
make it easier to have a smooth transition. A brief overview is
that scrolling parallax does not require the background to moves
which helps immensely when planning to do a smooth trasnision
Scrolling Parallax is a different type of animation in a way that it is part of the background of a website. As someone scrolls down to other parts of the page the images move along while scrolling. They do this with the JavaScript and the CSS style aspects that were implemented.
